Angelita Delgadillo

Senior Attorney

Angelita Delgadillo is a devoted and driven litigator. Angelita is a problem solver that always has her client’s best interests in mind. She endeavors to resolve disputes before litigation if possible, but when litigation is necessary she represents her clients with effective advocacy. Angelita’s extensive litigation practice focuses primarily on complex commercial and real estate matters in a wide variety of industries and regions. During her career, she has managed a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, promissory estoppel, product liability, wrongful death, premises liability, and property damage claims for clients that include Fortune 500 companies, multi-national corporations, and local businesses.

Angelita has experience helping entrepreneurs and small businesses with corporate transactional practice. She has helped small businesses incorporate, facilitated corporate restructuring of entities, and counseled business owners on numerous corporate issues.

Angelita is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association.

Representative Matters

  • Led litigation team in defense of a multimillion-dollar claim for civil penalties and injunctive relief brought by a city
  • Managed the defense of a class action petition that sought damages on behalf of a putative class of several hundred tenants for violations of the Texas Property Code and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act
  • Performed general counsel duties for a small, international organization
  • Represents creditors in the collection of debts in Texas, including work to enroll and enforce out-of-state judgments in Texas
